We want you to be satisfied when you buy perfumes and fragrances online. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return the product to us for a refund. You MUST contact Customer service first at Sales@RKFragrances.com to receive a return authorization number. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the shipment receipt date. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the bottle or product packaging has been opened. Unopened packages can be returned for a full refund. Monies will be refunded once we confirm receipt in our warehouse.
